Showcasing inside a fire garden, restaurants and provedores will be using fire as both heat and theatre to create the spectacle that was so popular last year. Music and Gourmet feasts await you while being surrounded by fire sculptures and you can warm your hands around some indulgent hot spirits. Held across four nights at Caulfield Racecourse you will be treated to tastings and tips from leading Whisky and Wine makers and a complimentary tasting glass upon entry.
