This year, Disney will be commemorating 90 years of Mickey Mouse and to celebrate, Disney on Ice is preparing to make a return to Australia. Disney on Ice celebrates Mickey and Friends starring Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, and Pluto. Along with these characters, performing for the first time will be Moana and Maui, Dory, Woody and Buzz, Elsa and Anna and the cast of Inside Out. There will also be many different Disney Princesses performing such as Rapunzel, Ariel, Cinderella, and Princess Tiana. Children are encouraged to dress up as their favourite Disney character for the event.
The performance will run for one hour and 40 minutes, including a 15-20 minute intermission and souvenirs that can be purchased before or after the show.
Disney has said that nobody is too young or too old for Disney and that it is a family show that everybody can enjoy.
